Zoë Petersen is an illustrator from Southern Utah.  She has worked as an in-house illustrator for Deseret News since 2021. Her work illustrates the delight to be found in the mundane through a conceptual perspective and textural mark-making. 

Her work has been awarded by 3x3 Magazine, the Utah Society of Professional Journalists, and the Colorado Society of Professional Journalist. Her clients include Wayfare Magazine, Catapult Press, Brigham Young University, Southern Utah University, The Johnson Center for Community Arts and Education, and Gumption Magazine.
